Each academic program has end-of-program learning outcomes.
Each academic program uses a variety of assessment strategies to determine student progress toward these end-of-program outcomes.
Some examples these assessment strategies include: exams, projects, comprehensives, fieldwork, internships, dissertations, clinical research projects, capstone courses, licensure or certification exams, and portfolios of student work.
Every year, each academic department conducts a department review in which faculty and staff gather data to provide evidence to show the degree to which students in each program are achieving the desired learning outcomes, and therefore that the program itself is accomplishing its objectives.
Each program analyzes the results of the data gathered during the department review to design an action plan that will improve the program and the teaching and learning processes within the program.

How do I get a Student ID?
New student I.D’s
Before the semester begins students can get their I.D’s made in the security office. They will need a copy
of their class schedule with their I.D. number printed on it in order to do this. After their picture is taken it
will take approximately 2 hours before they can pick their I.D.’s up in the library or conversely they can
just pick it up on the first day of class. If students wait until the first day of class to get their I.D’s
made they still must have a copy of their schedule. Again it will take approximately 2 hours between the time
the picture is taken until they can pick them up. During orientations this time will be shortened.
Replacement I.D.’s
Students in need of a replacement ID can go to the library for processing.
